Tools
Professionals need professional tools if they are to do their best work. At Rockland, we recognize this and take pains to ensure that employees have what they need to get the job done. Laptops are standard issue for employees. Should you need to work remotely Rockland provides a subsidy for cell phones and at-home high speed internet access.
Compensation
Rockland provides a benefit plan which includes health and dental. We stay on top of industry trends and strive to provide competitive salaries and vacation packages in order to attract the best and the brightest. A minimum of three weeks vacation for new employees is standard.
As we place a premium on employee personal and professional development each employee is provided with five days of training should they wish it. In addition, there are yearly performance reviews and continual feedback on performance is provided to ensure that these reviews are positive experiences. Additionally, Rockland provides regular ‘lunch and learn’ opportunities for employees to sharpen their skills.

As a professional in the IT industry we expect the highest ethical and professional conduct. You are thorough, detailed and committed to delivering quality products to our clients, on time and on budget. You are comfortable working a 40 hour week but you’re not afraid to put the time in when necessary. Of course you know that you can expect the time off as a result when things quiet down.
