Rockland is dedicated to ongoing skills development, attending Oracle conferences, participating in the Oracle Applications User Group (OAUG), and taking training from the Oracle Learning Network.

Rockland belongs to VIATeC, a not-for-profit, industry-driven venture, which actively promotes and enhances the development of the advanced-technology industry on Vancouver Island. VIATeC is designed to facilitate the development of Vancouver Island as a global centre of excellence for advanced technology.

Rockland is also a member of the National Contract Management Association of North America (NCMA) with access to a client base of 23,000 professionals representing billions in government expenditures. Our membership allows Rockland to stay abreast of the latest trends, technology, and issues in enterprise contract management. It also allows us to provide our clients with valuable insight and resources in the development of contract management solutions.
